The information on this website is provided solely to introduce the office and its areas of practice, within the limits of the Regulation on the Prohibition of Advertising of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied on as such for any specific matter.

Contacting the office through the details on this website does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship is established only by a power of attorney and a written fee agreement. Please do not send confidential documents by e-mail before an appointment has been arranged.

Personal data

This section is provided under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The data controller is Av. Mustafa Gülpınar.

Data collected through the website. The website has no forms, user accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising tools. All files, including fonts, are served from this website, and no requests are sent to third-party servers during your visit. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), may keep technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for security purposes under its own policy. As the provider’s servers may be located outside Türkiye, these logs may be processed abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data shared when you contact the office. If you contact the office by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the identity, contact and dispute-related information you share is processed for the purposes of assessing your request, establishing and performing the attorney–client relationship, and complying with legal obligations, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c), (ç), (e) and (f) of the KVKK. Such information is protected by the attorney’s duty of confidentiality under Article 36 of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136. As the servers of WhatsApp and e-mail service providers may be located outside Türkiye, messages sent through these channels may be processed abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK; I recommend sharing confidential documents in person at the office.

Transfers. Personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities and competent public bodies only to the extent required by the service and by law.

Your rights. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information on whether your personal data is processed, request its correction or erasure, and exercise your other statutory rights by applying in writing to the office address or by e-mail.
